3 BUSINESS DAYS *

I understand that based on my bank and account type, it may take up to 3 business days for the reimbursement to reach my account.

THE LOCK BOX MUST BE EMPTY *

NOTE: The sign company will not deliver a key to anyone, or leave a key under a mat, etc. The box must be empty to be picked up. In the event the company drives out there but cannot pick up the box (because there's a key/keys inside) a $50 trip charge will be assessed to the agent.

RIDERS MUST BE REMOVED & SIGN MUST BE IN YARD OF HOME *

I have removed any riders from the sign. I will not move the sign to any other location.

NOTE: The only thing that should remain is the Epique Realty sign, and the post. For liability reasons, the removal company will NOT pickup the sign if there are other things attached to it. In the event the company drives out there but cannot pick up the sign (because there's other things attached to it, or it has been moved, etc.) a $50 trip charge will be assessed to the agent.

Make sure your clients know that a the above selected services are being completed. The exact time is not set. We will let you know once a time is confirmed. In the company cannot take pictures, install or remove signs or lockboxes due to the agent's neglect to supply additional information, the client not allowing installation, etc. there will be a $50 trip charge assessed to the agent.
