Why should I sign up and pay monthly for this benefit?
Courted enables agents to recruit more effectively by providing real-time insights on agent production and AI-powered predictions on which agents are more likely than others to leave their current brokerage. Courted helps you target the right agents to spend time on, efficiently generate personalized outreach, and follow up when agents you are trying to recruit have significant activity. Courted also allows you to instantly pull insights into your market, including new listings and closed sales over time, months of inventory, and more.
How much does it cost?
Epique offers a deeply discounted rate of $50/ month for early access. The price will increase to $99/ month once the early access period has closed.
How do I sign up?

How do I access Courted?
After filling out the enrollment form, you can access your account by heading to brokerage.courted.io/signup and creating an account with your Epique email address. Note this will not work until 24 business hours after signing up. After your account is created and confirmed, you can access Courted anytime at brokerage.courted.io.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can unenroll by contacting Epique Billing (billing@epiquerealty.com)
Are there any training resources?
You can find the initial onboarding videos here to learn how to use Courted. Additionally, all Courted users will receive an invite to a monthly training at 3pm CST on Tuesdays, using the epiqueessentials.io zoom link. Courted also hosts monthly webinars for all its users. Keep an eye out in your email for more information and training down the road!
Which MLSs do I have access to?
To view the MLSs you have access to, you can go to the user management tab of your settings in Courted, and click on the “### MLSs” link at the top of the list of users (you should in most cases be the only user listed on this page).
Are there any limitations or exclusions?
In accordance with MLS policy, Courted data cannot be used for mass emailing or texting. Communications related to recruiting must be done selectively, on a personalized one-to-one basis (this is also more effective).
Who can I contact for support?
Courted has a dedicated chat in the lower right corner of the platform, where your questions are immediately sent to every member of the Courted team and we will get back to you within minutes during working hours.
