All event activities will take place at the Bayou Music Center.
Venue Entry & Bag Policy
Please note the Bayou Music Center’s security procedures:
Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowedAll bags will be searched prior to entryNon-clear bags will be subject to additional screeningAll guests will pass through standard metal detectors at the main entrance
We have been given exceptions for luggage and laptop bags if you are traveling directly to the venue.
However, if possible, we kindly ask that you check into your hotel prior to arriving, so larger bags do not need to go through additional security screening and searches.
Please allow a few extra minutes for entry to ensure a smooth experience.
Parking InformationStreet parking is free after 6:00 PM (please follow all city parking and traffic signage).Paid underground parking is available in the city’s Theatre District Parking garages.We recommend allowing extra time for parking, especially during peak arrival times.

Wednesday Evening – Luxury Division Black-Tie Event
The Luxury Division will be hosting a Black-Tie Event on the evening of March 4.
7:00 PM – 10:00 PM 40 Below (inside Bayou Music Center)
All registered conference attendees are welcome to attend.
You must show your conference badge to enter the building.
This will be a beautiful evening to celebrate, connect, and elevate together — so bring your formal attire and join us.
