Epique.Cloud provides links to third-party services (e.g., MLS systems, CRM software, training portals). These services are governed by their own Terms & Privacy Policies.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party data collection or privacy practices
  • Downtime or technical issues on external platforms
  • Transactions, contracts, or agreements made outside of Epique.Cloud

You acknowledge that using third-party services is at your own risk.

7. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to Epique.Cloud at our discretion if you:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from the use of Epique.Cloud or our SMS program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas.
